If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery of the products to you for a full refund or exchange. It must be unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on bespoke items unless the item is faulty, and for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings.


We recommend checking your items upon delivery to you, as we cannot accept any returns after the 30 day period has expired.

If any products arrive faulty/damaged in any way, please email us at hello@sarahjaneloves.co.uk quoting your order reference, name and address and reason for return. We will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed. Again, products must be returned to us within the 30 day period. This warranty does not cover products damaged through normal wear and tear, shattered glass due to mishandling or damage caused by exposure to liquids. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If the item you received is not the item you ordered, please email us at hello@sarahjaneloves.co.uk within 7 days of delivery quoting your order number, name and address and details of incorrect products. We shall then contact you.

A refund for lost items may be dependent on the postal/courier compensation claim. We will only consider a claim for a missing item after 15 days of non-delivery. Please contact us by email with any queries on you order and we will advise further on how to proceed.

Your right to cancel: We are happy to accept cancellation of orders that have not yet been processed. Please contact us to check the status of your order as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We are unable to accept cancellations for any bespoke products that have already been initiated.


The information that you provide including your personal data will be passed to Sarah Jane Loves… in order for your order to be processed and completed. Sarah Jane Loves… does not and will not ever sell your personal information or share it with anyone else.
